IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETE LEGAL PACK CAREFULLY. IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION TERMS.
1.1 Parties. These Master Terms of Service (“Terms”) are entered into between you (“User,” “you,” “your”) and JungleSMM, a platform operated by NEJANS DIGITAL LLC (“JungleSMM,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Operator”).
1.2 Acceptance. By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, placing an order, purchasing, or otherwise using the JungleSMM website, dashboards, APIs, or related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, Service Description/SLA, and DMCA Policy (collectively, “Policies”).
1.3 Incorporation by Reference. The Policies listed in this Legal Pack are incorporated into and made part of these Terms as if fully set forth herein.
1.4 Electronic Signatures; Records. You consent to transact electronically and agree that your electronic acceptance (e.g., clicking “I agree,” placing an order, or using the Platform) constitutes your legal signature. You agree that electronic records and logs (including system logs and delivery logs) may be used as evidence of transactions, orders, deliveries, and acceptance.
1.5 If You Do Not Agree. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform and do not purchase Services.
2.1 “Account” means your registered user account on the Platform.
2.2 “Services” means all digital and intangible services offered through JungleSMM, including SMM Services and License Services.
2.3 “SMM Services” means social media marketing and promotional digital services including, without limitation, followers, likes, views, comments, engagement, impressions, watch time, reactions, saves, reviews/ratings (where available), subscriptions, and similar metrics, delivered on third-party platforms.
2.4 “License Services” means digital license and access products including, without limitation, software activation keys, license keys, subscriptions, SaaS access, AI tools, SEO tools, account credentials, account-based services, shared accounts, rented accounts, renewals, plugins, themes, templates, digital codes, or digital credentials (collectively, “Digital Licenses”).
2.5 “Order” means a purchase request submitted through the Platform for Services.
2.6 “Third-Party Platforms” means platforms not owned or controlled by JungleSMM, including social media networks and software publishers.
2.7 “Publishers” means software publishers, licensors, or service operators (e.g., Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, SEMrush, WordPress ecosystem vendors, antivirus vendors, and others).
2.8 “Payment Providers” means third-party processors and financial service providers used to process payments, including but not limited to Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Mercury, PayTM, WebMoney, Payoneer, Cryptomus, Coinbase Commerce, Binance Pay, Heleket, NOWPayments, CoinPayments, Cashmaal, and similar services.
2.9 “Wallet” means a cryptocurrency wallet address.
2.10 “Content” means any text, graphics, logos, software, interfaces, documentation, dashboards, or materials displayed on or provided through the Platform.
2.11 “Force Majeure Event” means events beyond reasonable control, including outages, platform changes, third-party enforcement actions, network failures, war, terrorism, labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental actions, or service-provider failures.
3.1 Age and Capacity. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate Accounts with false, misleading, incomplete, or suspicious information.
3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, and account access. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at
3.5 Prohibited Users. You may not use the Platform if you are prohibited by applicable law, sanctions regimes, or Payment Provider terms. We may refuse service to anyone to the extent permitted by law.
4.1 Digital Services Only. All Services are digital and intangible and delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
4.2 No Affiliation. JungleSMM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with any Third-Party Platform or Publisher (including Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, SEMrush, WordPress, Gemini/Google products, antivirus vendors, or others) unless explicitly stated in writing by JungleSMM.
4.3 Third-Party Dependence. The performance, availability, and deliverability of Services may depend on Third-Party Platforms, Publishers, internet connectivity, and third-party providers. You acknowledge that these factors may change at any time and are outside JungleSMM’s control.
4.4 No Guaranteed Outcomes. You understand and agree that Services do not guarantee outcomes such as revenue, engagement quality, ranking, reach, conversions, monetization eligibility, retention, permanence, or account safety.
5.1 Promotional Nature. SMM Services are promotional and may involve automated and/or third-party mechanisms. They do not constitute organic growth or advertising services.
5.2 Platform Policies. You acknowledge that using SMM Services may violate Third-Party Platform policies, terms, or community guidelines. You assume all risk of account enforcement, including bans, suspensions, shadow bans, reach limitations, content removal, feature restrictions, or other penalties.
5.3 Drops; Decreases; Retention. Drops in followers/likes/views/comments and decreases in any metric are inherent risks. JungleSMM makes no warranty of retention.
5.4 Refill Services. If a service includes refill, refill is offered only as described on the relevant service page and only within the stated refill period. Refill is not a guarantee unless explicitly stated as “guaranteed refill,” and even then may be subject to conditions and exclusions (e.g., username changes, privacy settings, content deletions, or platform restrictions).
5.5 Service Descriptions Control. The service description shown at the time of purchase (speed, minimum/maximum, refill period, average completion time, country targeting, quality tier, limitations) forms part of the contract for that Order. If there is a conflict between a specific service description and these Terms, the service description controls for that specific technical parameter.
5.6 User Responsibilities for SMM Orders. You agree to:
5.7 No Liability for Platform Enforcement. JungleSMM is not responsible for actions by Third-Party Platforms, including content removal, deindexing, takedowns, age gates, restrictions, or enforcement.
6.1 Role as Reseller/Access Provider. JungleSMM may provide License Services as a reseller, distributor, or access provider. Unless explicitly stated, JungleSMM is not the Publisher, owner, or licensor of the underlying software/service.
6.2 Publisher Terms Apply. Digital Licenses are subject to Publisher terms, regional restrictions, device limitations, usage policies, account rules, acceptable use, and compliance obligations. You are solely responsible for compliance with Publisher terms.
6.3 No Guarantee of “Lifetime.” Any “lifetime” wording (if offered) refers only to the lifetime/availability of the service offering as described and not your lifetime or indefinite Publisher acceptance. Unless explicitly stated, no perpetual rights are granted.
6.4 Activation and Compatibility. Activation depends on your environment, device, region, network configuration, system requirements, and Publisher enforcement. JungleSMM is not responsible for failure caused by VPN usage, region mismatch, hardware/software incompatibility, prior usage conflicts, or account bans.
6.5 Revocation/Enforcement by Publisher. Publishers may revoke, disable, terminate, or restrict licenses or accounts at any time. You accept this risk as part of License Services.
6.6 Revealed/Delivered Licenses Are Final. Once a key is delivered, revealed, transmitted, accessed, or credentials are delivered, the product is treated as delivered and is generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
6.7 Account-Based / Shared / Rental Access. If an Order involves account-based access (including shared or rental access):
6.8 Plugins, Themes, Digital Files. For WordPress plugins/themes or similar digital files, you acknowledge:
7.1 Order Submission. When you place an Order, you authorize JungleSMM to initiate delivery. You are responsible for verifying order details before submission.
7.2 Estimated Times. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to platform changes, provider capacity, maintenance, network issues, verification checks, or Force Majeure Events.
7.3 Partial Delivery. Some Services may deliver gradually or partially. Partial delivery does not necessarily indicate failure and may still complete over time.
7.4 Incorrect Links/Usernames. If you submit incorrect target information, the Order may be considered delivered to the provided target. JungleSMM is not responsible for user errors.
7.5 System Logs. JungleSMM’s delivery logs, provider logs, blockchain confirmations (for crypto), and Platform order status are primary evidence of delivery and processing.
8.1 Pricing. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified. JungleSMM may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect already-paid Orders.
8.2 Taxes. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction. JungleSMM does not provide tax advice.
8.3 Credits and Bonuses. Bonus credits, promotional balances, or gifted funds have no cash value, are non-withdrawable, non-transferable (unless explicitly permitted), and may expire or be revoked in cases of abuse or fraud.
9.1 Third-Party Processing. Payments are processed by Payment Providers and are subject to their terms, compliance rules, KYC/AML policies, risk scoring, and investigation rights.
9.2 No Storage of Full Card Data. JungleSMM does not store full card numbers, CVV, or full payment credentials; Payment Providers handle sensitive data.
9.3 Provider Actions. JungleSMM is not liable for holds, freezes, reversals, compliance reviews, delayed settlement, account limitations, or declines imposed by Payment Providers.
9.4 Payment Verification. JungleSMM may require additional verification for fraud prevention, including identity confirmation, transaction verification, or proof of authorization. Failure to provide requested verification may result in cancellation/refusal of service, suspension, or termination.
9.5 Unauthorized Payments. If you believe a payment is unauthorized, you must notify us immediately and also contact your Payment Provider. You may be required to provide documentation.
10.1 Finality. Cryptocurrency payments are typically irreversible and final once confirmed.
10.2 User Responsibility. You are solely responsible for correct Wallet address, correct chain/network, correct memo/tag, and sufficient network fees.
10.3 Volatility; Fees; Delays. Price volatility, network congestion, fees, and confirmation delays are outside JungleSMM’s control.
10.4 Wrong Network/Address. Payments sent to the wrong address or network may be unrecoverable. JungleSMM is not responsible for such losses.
11.1 Digital Nature. Because Services are digital and often begin immediately, refunds are limited.
11.2 Chargebacks. Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal attempt may result in:
11.3 Abuse. Refunds may be denied where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or suspicious behavior is detected.
11.4 No Double Recovery. You may not receive both (a) a refund/credit and (b) the benefit of delivered Services for the same transaction.
You agree you will not:
12.1 Use the Services for illegal purposes, including infringement, deception, harassment, or prohibited content promotion.
12.2 Commit fraud or attempt to abuse Payment Providers, including filing false disputes/chargebacks.
12.3 Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt the Platform.
12.4 Resell, redistribute, or provide Services to third parties unless explicitly permitted (e.g., reseller/API programs).
12.5 Attempt to take ownership of shared/rental accounts or change security settings.
12.6 Use the Platform to distribute malware, phishing, or unauthorized access methods.
13.1 API Access. If JungleSMM offers API access, you must keep API credentials secure and comply with rate limits and technical requirements.
13.2 Abuse and Throttling. JungleSMM may throttle, suspend, or terminate API access for abuse, excessive requests, suspected fraud, or risk.
13.3 No Interference. You may not use the API to interfere with operations or bypass restrictions.
14.1 Ownership. JungleSMM (or its licensors) owns all right, title, and interest in the Platform, Content, trademarks, logos, UI/UX, code, and documentation.
14.2 Limited License. JungleSMM grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
14.3 Restrictions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from the Platform or Content except as expressly permitted.
14.4 Feedback. If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant JungleSMM a perpetual, worldwide right to use it without compensation.
15.1 AS IS / AS AVAILABLE. THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
15.2 NO WARRANTIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNGLESMM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
15.3 THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS. JUNGLESMM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS OR PUBLISHERS WILL ACCEPT, MAINTAIN, OR CONTINUE ANY METRICS, LICENSES, ACCOUNTS, OR ACCESS.
16.1 Indirect Damages. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNGLESMM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, REPUTATIONAL HARM, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
16.2 Liability Cap. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUNGLESMM’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JUNGLESMM FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT.
16.3 Allocation of Risk. You acknowledge that the fees reflect an allocation of risk and limitations of liability are an essential basis of the bargain.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JungleSMM, NEJANS DIGITAL LLC, and their owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or relating to:
18.1 Right to Suspend/Terminate. JungleSMM may suspend or terminate your Account, refuse service, cancel Orders, or restrict access at its sole discretion to the extent permitted by law, including for fraud, abuse, compliance risk, legal risk, or violation of these Terms.
18.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases. Completed deliveries remain completed; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Promotional credits may be forfeited.
18.3 Survival. Sections relating to liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions that should survive will survive termination.
JungleSMM shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to a Force Majeure Event, including Third-Party Platform changes or enforcement actions, Payment Provider outages, network failures, or provider disruptions.
20.1 Governing Law. These Terms and all disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
20.2 Informal Resolution. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at
20.3 Arbitration (Optional / If Enforced). If JungleSMM elects in writing to require arbitration for a specific dispute, or if arbitration is mandated by applicable Payment Provider rules, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a reputable arbitration provider in accordance with its rules, with the seat/venue in New Mexico, unless otherwise required by law. (If arbitration is not elected/required, disputes shall be brought in state or federal courts located in New Mexico.)
20.4 Injunctive Relief. JungleSMM may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, and Platform integrity.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that disputes will be brought on an individual basis only and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, representative, or private attorney general proceeding.
22.1 To JungleSMM. Legal notices to JungleSMM must be sent to:
22.2 To You. JungleSMM may provide notices via email, Account notifications, or posting on the Platform. Notice is effective upon sending or posting.
23.1 Updates. JungleSMM may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Platform.
23.2 Continued Use. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
23.3 Material Changes. Where reasonable, JungleSMM may provide notice of material changes; however, you are responsible for reviewing updates.
24.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
24.2 Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
24.3 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without written consent. JungleSMM may assign to affiliates or successors.
24.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms and Policies constitute the entire agreement between you and JungleSMM regarding the Services.
